Checks for our Christmas project can be made out to AAUW Gaylord Area Branch and mailed to our PO box (P.O. Box 1455; Gaylord, MI 49734) or brought to the Christmas party.

I am happy to host our December meeting. The auspicious date is 12/12/12. Let’s meet in my basement around 7 pm.
Many of you have been to my house before to exchange cookies or to stuff Christmas gift bags. Since our project this year is to fund a college class, you are relieved of baking or shopping. But I still think we should have an activity in addition to writing a check.
As you bring out your Christmas decorations, please select one that you can (gladly) part with. Funny/ugly is fine. Even better if it has a story. Put it in a bag with a bow and bring it for an exchange. We’ll number the bags and ourselves, and see who gets what. One steal is allowed after the exchange.
I will provide beverages and Arnie will make us a snack. Let me know who is in.
